Cooking instructions

Our products can be prepared in different ways. The quoted cooking times are just indications, which can differ depending on the appliances used.

The following tips shall help you simplify your work:

Preparing in a pot: Put the still frozen dumplings into boiling salted water and cook uncovered over low heat.
Preparing in a pan: Put the frozen product in a pan on medium heat, with a little oil, turn frequently.
Preparing in a bain-marie: Fill in 1 – 2 cm water, put the dumplings on the perforated pan to keep them warm in the steam.
Preparing in a convection oven: Fill a baking tray 1 cm with water, put the dumplings in and cook them at a temperature of 90 ° C. Use enamelled and greased trays in case you want to roast the product at a temperature of 190 ° C.
Preparing in a steamer: According to the instructions of the steamer fill it with water and put the dumplings in. You can also grease the bottom of the steamer.
Preparing in oven: You can distinguish between hot-air (ca. 200 ° C) and top and bottom heat (ca. 190 ° C). Put the products on a baking paper. To achieve a better browning you can put a little bit of butter or oil on the top of the products.
Preparing in a deep fat fryer: Temperature of 170 ° C.
