BIO Yeast Dumplings

according to a Austrian traditional recipe
Ingredients:
Dough 89%: WHEAT flour *, water, EGGS *, sugar *, BUTTER *, yeast *, SKIMMED MILK POWDER *, CHICKEN WHITE *, sea salt, WHEAT GLUTEN * Fill 10%: Powidl * (prunes *, sugar *)

Preparation:
Allow to thaw for about 20 minutes at room temperature. Then place round side down into boiling water and allow to simmer gently about 8 minutes covered. Turn and continue cooking another 10 minutes until done. Yeast dumplings will rise during cooking, so better cook them one at a time in a medium-large saucepan. Pierce the finished dumplings, pour melted butter over them and then sprinkle them with the poppy seed and sugar mixture.
