BIO Sausage Dumplings
with original Waldviertler Sausage
Ingredients:Dough: wheat flour*, potato flakes*, wheat semolina*, starch*, butter*, whole egg*, non iodized sea salt
Filling: Waldviertler sausage, parsley*

Preparation:
Put the sausage dumplings still frozen into boiling saltet water and cook about 20 minutes uncovered over low heat.
Our Tip:
It goes very well with warm cabbage - salad, sauerkraut or fresh leaf salad.
